Rental Application Forms

Our rental applications consist of three parts: A Housing Application, an Employer Verification Form, and a Landlord Verification Form. The applicant is responsible for accurately and honestly completing the Housing Application, as well as filling out the appropriate sections on the Landlord and Employer Verification Forms and then getting them to the appropriate parties to complete and return to Contoocook Housing Trust. All applications are followed up with a credit, criminal, and landlord/tenant check. Please note our email address is now: [email protected]

Housing Application

The Housing Application is the basis upon which tenants are selected. Please email [email protected] to receive an application.  Please fill it out carefully, completely, and honestly, and return it to CHT as soon as possible.

Employer Verification Form

Please email [email protected] to receive an Employer Verification Form. Please complete your portion of the employer verification form and then get it to your employer to complete and return to CHT as soon as possible.


Landlord Verification Form

Please email [email protected] to receive a Landlord Verification Form. Please complete your portion of the landlord verification form and then get it to your landlord to complete and return to CHT as soon as possible.
