Rental Application Forms

Our rental applications consist of three parts: A Housing Application, a Landlord Verification Form, and an Employer Verification Form. The applicant is responsible for accurately and honestly completing the Housing Application, as well as filling out the appropriate sections on the Landlord and Employer Verification Forms and then getting them to the appropriate parties to complete and return to me. All applications are followed up with a credit check.

The Housing Application is the basis upon which tenants are selected, so please fill it out carefuly, completely, and honestly, and return it to CHT as soon as possible.
