We currently have one third floor two bedroom apartment available at our Shadow Lane property. The rent is $700-$800 monthly, depending on the family's gross income. The rent includes heat (electric) but not (electric) hot water. There is a resident manager at this property and each unit also has its own secure storage cubicle in the dry basement. We take care of the snow plowing and lawn care and there is a dumpster onsite as well as coin-op laundry room in the basement, for the convenience of our Shadow Lane tenants.
References and a security deposit are required. A satisfactory application and credit report are also required for tenancy in a CHT unit. We do not allow indoor smoking or any pets in any of our units and these rules are enforced.
