References, a one year lease, and a security deposit are required for all of our apartments. A complete and satisfactory application and credit, criminal, and landlord/tenant reports are also required for tenancy in any CHT unit. We do not allow indoor smoking, firearms, or any pets/animals in any of our units and these rules are enforced.
Any service or support animals must be pre-approved and proper documentation must be provided.
